WHAT WOMEN WANT ( is it too much to ask?)

Ladies, what exactly do we really want?

What women want?

To be respected
To be loved
To be cared for
To feel important
To be wanted
To be appreciated
To be taken serious
To be treated equally to man
To be recognized as a human and not an object of affection

Tell me is that too much to ask? Well on a man’s point of view he would say “YES” it might seem as if we ask a lot but let me just put it this way, all the points you see up there can be summarized in two phase. The first one is listening and the second one is learning.

Listening: women love it when you pay attention to what they have to say, they feel like you value their opinion and they point of view. We like it when you TRY to understand how we feel, at least it shows us that you care and it also shows that you are there whenever we need to talk

Learning: I know this is one of the hardest part for men, but hey all I can say is it doesn’t hurt to TRY. Trying to learn how women are is very hard, for we change our moods like we change our hairstyles.

Listening and learning are two important things in a relationship. When you listen you have a clear understanding of things and it will be easy for you to learn with no problem. Communication is the key to better relationship or friendship.

One thing for ladies please try and do the same for the man and don’t let your hormones boil to the high point before trying to understand what’s going on. As for you gents I would like to dare you, chose a day, tell your woman that you want to listen to all her request and let me know how it went down.

Let me know what you think.
I hope you hear my heart speaking

MY WEEK

Hello everybody

i was actualy looking for something to write today but then i couldn't find any or maybe i just didn't do a lot of research.

well let me tell you a litlle bit about my week, first of i would like to say that all this week i'am working from 04:00 pm to 12:00 am, i know some of you would think as if i'm crazy but hey it's life and in Canada you have to work your way up to the top, huh basicaly everywhere you have to work hard, you what i'm talking about.

On monday i slept almost through the whole day i woke up at 12:00pm, got a shower, cleaned my house, cooked my lunch and then i started watching a movie "meet the browns" a Taylor Perry movie, if you haven't seen it do your best to watch it it's amazing, well after my movie my ride to work came and there i was at work, making my way through the after-noon some customers just started getting on my nerves and some of them don't even want to give you the chance to explain the situation, i got tired and i was like let me take a break for a second, while doing that i looked at my schedule and it said i had training, i jumped of joy, my colleague who was sitting infront of me looked back and asked me if i won a lottery ticket and i was like no dude, i don't gamble. that was my saving ticket away from nerve racking customers, hey i like my customers but then sometimes Lord you feel like punching them and say "get it right". When 12:00am hit i was the first person off the doors, my ride was already there for me, so when i got home i couldn't sleep, i went downstairs to kitchen and there was some food in the fridge so i heated it in the microwave and i went back up in my room and i put on a movie "kings battle" with Jim Ike and Omotola Ekeinde i love that movie it's among one of the movies that i could watch over and over again but the only thing i have problem with is that there is no continuation of it :THAT SUCKS", but hey i actually got to see the end of it and i wasn't really impressed i thought there was going to be more but hey you never know with movies nowadays. so i watched the movie and i ended up going to bed around 03:00am, now just image what time i waked up.

Well the folowing day was basically the same as the one before, you know customers nagging, customers keeping you so long on the phone for no reason really, well maybe with a reason, they always try to tell you their life story. This lady was trying to tell me about a date she went on, which was arranged by one of her friends. The lady went on her date with this fine guy, while on her date she excused herself so that she could go to the rest-room, when she came back her purse was gone and the guy was goon too, 'just a thought, what kind of a no brain would leave a purse and go to the rest-room?", well she really got frauded very badly. i guess the guy was really looking for breakthrough and he found it in the lady's purse. The lady got frauded $10,000.00 image that. I felt so bad for her cause she said she hasn't been on a date for along time and she said she will never go on another onefor a very, very, very, very, very, very lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnng time. Lol i hope she will still be alive to even go on a next one.

For the guy to do that, i think that he wasn't really truthful with her, he must have lied about his name, age, employment, where he reside etc....

hey that should be a lesson for all ladies out there who a very desperate to find someone and who go out on blind dates. Ok enough with the fraudster.

i got home after work and i made myself this beautiful soup and i enjoyed it so much, when i tried to re-do it another day it came out different.

Well the rest of the week stayed pretty much the same beside Friday

Friday was the main day, the happy day, the joyfull day, the.... ok i'am out of words. this day at work i had coaching, eg.. coaching is when i get to sit one on one with my manager and go though my ups, improvements and next times at work.

i have such a wonderful maneger, he is so understanding and he is very calm too and open minded. So we went through some of my well deeds and some of my next times and it was fun, you know who you get scared that you are going to have one on one time with your manager, well let me just tell you that i look forward to actually having that qualiry moment.

That was my week next time when i get time i'll write done all the details.....

Well see you soon

I hope you hear my speaking

THE VOICE IN THE WILDERNESS

My heart is filled with pain and sorrow, you may be wondering why I’m saying this, and well let me tell you.

When I read and hear about what is happening in my mother land, my beautiful Africa it pains me as if someone just struck a knife in my chest.

There is a doubt that our continent Africa will ever take its place as the richest continent in the world. Over the last centuries all we’ve seen is the same thing over and over again; war, poverty and our riches being stripped us.

Doesn’t it pain you to see how rich we are but then we die poor? Hunger, diseases and hatred surround us everyday as if these three words belong in the category “wealth”. Africa is mostly the richest continent in the world, with over billion thousand dollars worth in natural resources for example: cobalt, zinc, diamonds, oil and copper. This is just a few I can name, because I can go on and on. This is what i see everytime i switch on the TV or everytime i do a search on Africa

How can anyone live in these conditions and how can the government allow this to happen. If we try to find how much our presidents and political members gets paid don't you think that the money could have been put down for a good cause, maybe trying to reduce borrowing from the UN, better our Education systems, and also try to make our economie rise. one other thing i would like to point out is that, why are Africans fighting against each other when they could be stretching their hand to help out others? My country ( Democratic Republic of Congo) has fallen because of the creed of other Africans countries, everybody want a piece of my land, instead of knocking at the door they broke it down instead and to that i'am ashamed
